Regional First Peoples Manager

You will build and strengthen organisational capability and cultural awareness while fostering meaningful relationships with First Peoples businesses, employees, and communities. Lead programs to meet First Nations procurement targets and uplift attraction, retention, and career progression of First Peoples employees within Service Stream. Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes aligned with contract requirements, promote First Peoples engagement initiatives across operations, and oversee relationships with First Peoples businesses, subcontractors and social enterprises. Support implementation of First Peoples Participation Plans, assist in delivering RAP commitments, track progress and report outcomes, collaborate with Traditional Custodians and cultural training providers to enhance team knowledge, participate in strategic projects, share lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement. This is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identified position, emphasizing cultural knowledge and community connection as core requirements.
