Job Summary
Partner with field operations to understand business accounts, support initiatives, and address financial inquiries. Update KPI reporting for weekly financial reviews by analyzing current and forecasted data to identify trends. Reconcile accounts to align monthly forecasts with actuals, pinpoint reporting inconsistencies, and improve overall financial processes. Analyze workflows to uncover gaps that enhance profit margins and assist in preparing annual budgets for each account. Work with internal finance teams and field management to maintain accurate data integrity. This role requires flexibility for hybrid work arrangements and occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- firm grasp of both accounting principles and business operations
- Proven analytical and financial modeling skills
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Proven proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills
- High level of commitment to quality work
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Self-starter with good time management skills when urgent deadlines need to be met
- The ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- An undergraduate degree from an accredited university in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Some Travel may be expected for this position
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
