Job Summary
Regional Finance Specialist responsible for reconciling bank statements and internal records, preparing reconciliation reports, recording equity status for entities, supporting internal/external audits, liaising with banks, completing KYC, managing bank accounts, and ensuring tax compliance across EMEA entities. Requires 4+ years in finance/accounting, proficiency in D365/Excel, accounting degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and a detail-oriented, collaborative approach.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with exposure to reconciliation and banking processes, ideally within the EMEA region
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and general ledger accounts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and variances
- High attention to detail and a structured, meticulous approach to financial records
- Confident communicator, able to collaborate across departments and explain findings clearly
- Proficiency in D365 and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Self-driven, adaptable, able to work independently and contribute effectively as a team player
