Regional Finance Officer - Kenya-based

Regional Finance Officer responsible for financial reporting, compliance and business partnering across the Africa region. The role supports the Manager in ensuring financial and tax compliance with regulations and company policies, contributes to annual budget processes, drives process improvements using technology, and provides financial guidance to Department heads. The individual will monitor performance against budget, help develop financial/operational KPIs, participate in projects to improve processes, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel, and Power BI is required, with the ability to work with remote teams independently. The position targets a senior accountant with 4+ years of post-graduation experience and a finance-related bachelor’s degree; Chartered Accountant or Management accounting qualification is advantageous.
