Regional Finance Manager

Job Summary
Develop detailed project budgets, track actual costs against budget, and implement cost control measures for large-scale solar installations. Prepare rolling cashflow forecasts across multiple concurrent projects, manage project-level treasury operations including bank liaison and fund allocation, and produce accurate monthly financial reports, project P&Ls, and cashflow dashboards ensuring compliance with local statutory and tax requirements. Partner closely with Project Managers, Procurement, and Engineering teams to align financial strategy with project execution and provide critical financial insights to support contract negotiations and strategic decision-making. Act as the financial anchor for regional operations in Malaysia, Singapore, and other key Asian markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5–8 years of progressive finance experience
- Strong understanding of project costing
- WIP accounting
- Project-based cashflow modeling
- Proven experience managing treasury operations
- Working capital management in a complex, project-based environment
- Excellent analytical skills
- Organizational skills
- Cross-cultural communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Experience in the construction sector

- Experience in the renewable energy sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365
