Job Summary
Deliver financial services for the Regional Account Director and team by managing annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting packs while analyzing operational data across the client's property portfolio. Serve as the single point of contact for financial delivery, overseeing the ME process, JDE E1 systems, budgeting, and reconciliations to ensure accurate information for management. Coordinate invoice processing, manage cash flow, and handle accounts receivable/payable with the Shared Service Centre to meet client deliverables. Implement process improvements, cost reductions, and quality enhancements while ensuring all transactions are audit-worthy and systems controls are maintained. Support the account team in driving savings targets, benchmarking, and best practices through transparent communication and staff training on financial systems.
Required Qualifications
