Job Summary
Lead regional on-site finance activities for the Shanghai-based team, managing budgets/forecasts for the portfolio, daily Opex and Capex expenditures, month-end closing and high-quality reporting. Deliver trainings to the on-site FM team to ensure finance processes are well implemented with risk mitigation, monitor and review financial KPIs, drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives, and perform ad-hoc reporting/variance analyses for client and corporate needs. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the region, maintain audit-ready financial accounting and reporting, and provide strategic leadership and coaching to the on-site finance staff to align with JLL’s organizational goals.
