Job Summary
Regional Finance Director to act as the primary finance business partner to the Regional Director, driving operational excellence, cost leadership, and strategic initiatives across the Americas. Lead financial performance reviews, provide analysis on capacity planning, capital investment, productivity initiatives, labor strategy, and footprint optimization. Manage Site Controllers, ensure adherence to financial processes, internal controls, and reporting standards, and coach teams across sites. Oversee monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for regional manufacturing sites; drive ERP upgrades and manufacturing transformation initiatives; lead cost-saving initiatives and strategic projects; collaborate with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams; travel to sites for coaching and assessment; support talent development and succession within site finance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including plant or manufacturing finance leadership
- Experience managing multi-site or regional finance teams
- Experience partnering with operations leadership at a regional level
- Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing analysis platforms
