Regional Finance Director - Herb Chambers

Regional Finance Director will monitor activities of the region’s finance departments and report to the corporate office. Work with GMs to maximize F&I production (PVR and product penetrations), recruit staff and minimize turnover, and ensure dealerships follow compliance policies with reporting to the GM and corporate office. The role aims to deliver an exceptional guest experience by supporting team members in serving guests, maintain professional standards, adhere to policies, and provide regular scheduling, reporting, and training activities. The position requires familiarity with F&I processes, product knowledge (JM&A, Protector, high mileage VSC, etc.), and the ability to conduct compliance and menu training, onboarding checklists, and ongoing staff development; proficiency with related tools and systems (ADP, JM&A website, Dealertrack), and interaction with lenders to meet expectations.
