Job Summary
The Regional Field Technician performs diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology at customer locations. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory of parts, documenting diagnostics and repairs, and following safety regulations. The role requires a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems alongside effective communication skills for customer interactions. The candidate should possess a high school diploma (associate’s degree preferred), a valid driver’s license, and have at least 5 years of relevant service repair experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of service repair experience
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
- Adequate toolset for diagnostics and repairs

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
