Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles
- At least 2+ years working with automation, robotics, or related electromechanical systems
Desired Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting experience with electromechanical systems
- Knowledge of automation systems, with robotics strongly preferred
- Experience with pneumatic systems, including fittings, valves, and regulators
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
- Proven ability to work directly with customers in the field
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into simple terms
- Demonstrated mentoring or leadership experience in technical environments
