Job Summary
Regional Field Service Team Lead responsible for leading and developing Field Service Technicians to deliver fiber installations, repairs, and exceptional customer experiences across an assigned Georgia region. Oversees hands-on fiber installation and troubleshooting, safety, SLA adherence, dispatch coordination, and escalation of complex issues. Requires strong leadership, FTTH/GPON/XGS-PON expertise, OTDR/power meter proficiency, OSHA safety compliance, and a track record of improving field performance; a high school diploma or equivalent is required with associate/bachelor’s preferred; fiber certifications and a valid driver’s license are preferred/required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fiber certification (ETA, FOA, or equivalent) preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
