Regional Field Recruiter (German-speaking) - 6 months

Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates for field sales and medical roles. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent while partnering with project teams to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment insights. Manage the end-to-end candidate process from sourcing to offer stage, including screening candidates and delivering clear summaries for hiring managers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes, attend project update calls, and maintain ATS compliance for accurate reporting. Take ownership of requisition setup, ensure approvals are completed, and complete offer paperwork in partnership with HRSS for timely onboarding. This six-month contract is remote, based in Serbia or Poland, and requires fluency in German and English.
