As a Regional Field Operations Manager (RFOM), you will lead field leadership and skilled trade professionals in building high-quality projects that enhance community life. You will oversee project performance, drive safety and quality standards, and engage with clients to secure new opportunities. The role requires strong leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring teams and developing future leaders. You will manage project execution strategies, uphold rigorous construction standards, and utilize technical expertise in various construction trades.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in field construction management
- Commitment to uphold quality and rigorous construction standards
- Ability to effectively allocate labor, materials, and equipment
- Clear communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
