Job Summary
Manage the MA Brand Field team to oversee key retailer growth and execute in-store activations while serving as the brand face to Budtenders and consumers. Build relationships with decision-makers and educate stakeholders on product benefits, consumer needs, and industry trends to drive demand and trial. Utilize Canva and internal tools to develop marketing materials, plan merchandising strategies, and ensure store shelves maintain quality standards and compliance. Partner with the Regional Marketing Director and General Manager on budget allocation, KPIs, and quarterly region meetings to report field learnings. Complete administrative duties including expense reporting, training distribution, and tracking activations while monitoring state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years' related industry marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Local travel 50%, including occasional nights and weekends
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical and strategic mindset, measuring KPIs of field activities
- Ability to coordinate efforts with distributor personnel, including orders, delivery, and merchandising support
- Candidates must be familiar with on/off-premise marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with local market trendsetting accounts
- Strong project management, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Skilled at multitasking with the ability to meet deadlines
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must reside within the state of Massachusetts
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Boston preferred
- Experience with Repsly, Canva, Workzone, Tableau, and Adobe Suite
- Knowledge of cannabis, trends, and industry
