Job Summary
Regional Field Marketing Executive responsible for localizing global content and campaigns, coordinating regional events, supporting in-region sales activity, activating local partnerships and sponsorships, and producing internal communications for the regional leadership team. Will adapt global assets for local relevance, gather regional market input, manage a regional content library, and coordinate regional events from planning through post-event follow-up. Role involves translation/adaptation of materials into local languages when needed, budget tracking for events, maintaining regional credentials and contact databases, and providing marketing support to sales and leadership. Requires collaboration with global and local teams, proactive stakeholder management, and a curiosity for how AI tools can enhance localization and campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Some experience adapting or producing marketing content for different audiences or markets
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Experience supporting event planning or coordination
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts and logistics
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated collaboration across global and local teams
- Experience maintaining databases, contact lists, or asset libraries
- Proactive and responsive work style
- Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with CRM tools and regional marketing data management
