Regional Field Manager

Hire, train, and manage field supervisors and subcontractors within a specific geography while conducting site visits to identify out-of-scope opportunities and safety issues. Teach supervisors to leverage subcontractor agreements for performance without disrupting relationships, and assist in training partners on the Case FMS and SC provider apps. Analyze root causes of service complaints, vet new service partners for resources and insurance, and interface with small business owners in construction, hardscaping, landscaping, and excavation. Perform hands-on exterior maintenance operations, learn market rate pricing for jobs and materials, and develop rapport with location managers to impose the Case brand. Travel throughout the state to execute these duties, requiring managerial experience and strong MS/CRM skills.
