Job Summary
Hire and train Field Supervisors and sub-contractors in technology and APP usage while conducting site visits and inspections. Manage sub-contractors within the assigned geography, solve performance issues, and assist in hands-on landscape operations. Provide field guidance and validate services using technology, establishing strong client relationships. Requires managerial experience, landscape or exterior facilities maintenance background, and strong MS and CRM skills. Travel throughout the state is required.
