Regional Field Manager

Hire and train Field Supervisors and sub-contractors while conducting site visits, inspections, and hands-on landscape operations. Provide field guidance and validate services using technology, requiring familiarity with smartphones, tablets, MS skills, and CRM platforms like Salesforce. This role involves travel throughout the state and requires managerial experience in landscape or exterior facilities maintenance.
