Regional Field HR Manager

Respond to and investigate formal employee or external party matters while ensuring restaurant compliance with federal and state regulations, including FLSA, Form I-9 training, and e-verify program maintenance. Assist field managers with unemployment claims, manage background check processes for all locations, and support recruitment efforts by writing advertisements and conducting new-employee orientations. Administer human resources plans, handle progressive discipline and performance management, and conduct exit interviews in the absence of supervisors. Formulate partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added services that reflect Smashburger's strategic objectives.
