Regional Facilities Security Manager

Job Summary
Oversee regional compliance with loss prevention, transportation, and physical security measures to mitigate theft, pilferage, and safety risks. Lead security vendor management, including guard service compliance, post order development, and coordination of local law enforcement for incident readiness. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing incident data, conducting security audits, performing drills, and implementing advanced tools and methodologies. Establish investigation policies, lead internal misconduct and fraud investigations, and develop training programs to foster a proactive security culture. Conduct facility security surveys, define operational procedures, and report on cargo theft trends to management. Requires 25-50% travel to client sites and go-live periods.

- Experience in the detection of fraudulent activities
- Experience conducting internal fraud investigations
- Experience conducting external fraud investigations
- Experience conducting theft investigations
- Minimum travel of 25-50%
