Job Summary
Regional Facilities Manager responsible for a 1-2 million square foot portfolio, delivering seamless operations and workplace experiences. Lead a team of facilities professionals, manage client relationships, and translate goals into actionable facilities plans. Leverage data analytics and KPIs to drive cost efficiency, uptime, and continuous improvement. Oversee maintenance, janitorial, and utilities, implement sustainability initiatives, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with senior leadership and clients to align facilities programs with strategic objectives, while driving innovation and ensuring exceptional workplace environments at scale. On-site in Mountain View, CA.
Required Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in real estate management or facilities management
- demonstrated leadership and team-management capabilities
- strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- experience managing large portfolios and vendor relationships
