Job Summary
Oversee maintenance strategy and vendor management for Siegel Suites and Siegel Select properties. Directly supervise the A/C shop and roving maintenance staff; manage purchases, vendor network, and preventative maintenance programs; conduct property condition assessments (PCA) and plan capital projects in collaboration with the Renovations Team. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, review and approve purchases, and ensure timely, cost-effective service across multiple properties. Maintain strong communication with Tenants, Management, and the Operations Team; utilize CMMS and Microsoft Office tools to document, report, and forecast needs; support emergencies 24/7 and uphold company standards for professional conduct and customer service. Requires Associate degree (or equivalent), 10 years of maintenance leadership experience, 5 years of supervisory experience, 3 years multi-unit experience, and strong English communication skills; US work eligibility is required.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
- 10 years Maintenance Engineer experience
- 5 years Supervisory experience
- 3 years Multi-units experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to work in cramped, dirty / dusty, cold or hot conditions
