Job Summary
Regional Facilities Manager responsible for the overall maintenance strategy, vendor management, and results across Siegel Suites and Siegel Select extended-stay properties. Oversees the A/C shop and roving maintenance staff, procurement/purchasing approvals, and the network of vendors covering HVAC, boilers/chillers, fire panels and sprinklers, roofing, elevators, and other routine inspections. Performs PCA inspections with management, develops preventative maintenance programs, and collaborates with Renovations Team on down-room projects. Works with Property Manager to ensure timely, cost-effective vendor performance, and remains available 24/7 for emergencies. Requires advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, boilers/chillers, fire systems, roofing, elevators, painting, carpentry, concrete and tile repair, plus strong communication and customer service skills. Associate degree or equivalent preferred; 10 years maintenance engineering experience; 5 years supervisory experience; 3 years multi-unit experience; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CMMS tools; proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
