Regional Facilities Manager

Job Summary
Oversee facilities management functions across multiple regional locations by conducting site visits for curb appeal reviews, maintenance project tracking, and quarterly community standards inspections. Correct identified deficiencies promptly with on-site teams and reinforce environmental safety programs for asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold compliance. Develop emergency response plans, lead drills, and establish KPIs to monitor maintenance team performance and operational efficiency. Analyze data to identify trends, assist in capital budget development, and manage vendor selection for capital projects. Foster a collaborative work environment, partner with training teams to build bench strength, and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations. Work flexible schedules including evenings or weekends, with potential hours exceeding 40 weeks, while maintaining consistent in-person attendance.
Required Qualifications

- Understanding of current legal responsibilities of the properties

- Possess the ability to effectively lead and manage a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, and Outlook
- Ability to have flexibility with working schedule based on business and deadline needs
- Ability to work a schedule during normal work hours and that may be other than Monday-Friday, 8-5
- Work more than 40 hours per week
- Consistent, regular, and in-person attendance during regular working hours at the workplace
