Job Summary
Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager overseeing maintenance and operation of equipment and facilities across multiple fitness locations; inspects and maintains equipment; ensures facilities are ready for regular business and events; maintains warranties, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts; manages inventory and distribution of equipment; recommends purchases; collaborates with management on budget; requires ability to learn equipment, maintain records, read manuals; proficient in Microsoft Office; physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds; travel between Livingston, New City, North Bergen, Paramus, and Verona.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained
- Ability to maintain basic records and warranties
- Ability to understand written directions in manuals and on manufacturer websites
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to complete and maintain records
