Job Summary
Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager responsible for supervising the maintenance and operation of equipment and facilities across multiple fitness centers. Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining equipment, ensuring facilities are ready for regular business and events, managing warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts; maintaining inventory and equipment distribution; recommending purchases; collaborating with management to prepare and implement budgets; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires ability to learn equipment and facilities, maintain records and warranties, interpret manuals and manufacturer sites, and use Microsoft Office Suite; physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds; travel between Livingston, New City, North Bergen, Paramus, and Verona.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained.
- Ability to maintain basic records and warranties.
- Ability to understand written directions in manuals and on manufacturer websites.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to complete and maintain records.
