Job Summary

The Regional Executive Chef leads culinary functions for business dining accounts in a geographical area, overseeing operations, menu planning, customer experience strategies, and cost controls.

Required Qualifications

  • Culinary Degree or comparable four year culinary development experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience, multi-unit experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Strong financial acumen, proven P&L experience
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and grow operations
  • Willing to travel throughout the region
  • Computer skills with MS Office products preferred
