Job Summary
The Regional Executive Chef leads culinary functions for business dining accounts in a geographical area, overseeing operations, menu planning, customer experience strategies, and cost controls.
Required Qualifications
- Culinary Degree or comparable four year culinary development experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience, multi-unit experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong financial acumen, proven P&L experience
- Demonstrated ability to assess and grow operations
- Willing to travel throughout the region
- Computer skills with MS Office products preferred
