Regional Ethics and Integrity Officer (P)

Conduct policy guidance and advisory work on ethical issues and IOM's Standards of Conduct for all personnel. Deliver training and outreach across all IOM offices to strengthen the culture of integrity. Lead initiatives to promote a speak-up culture, protect personnel against retaliation, and manage the annual conflict of interest disclosure program. Provide impartial advice on ethical concerns and concerns while supporting the Office of Ethics and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment. Assist in specified ongoing tasks under the direct supervision of the Chief of ECO.
