Job Summary
Lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across multiple manufacturing facilities by serving as the regional subject matter expert for OSHA compliance and corporate EHS standards. Manage all safety incident reporting, lead investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions while developing and implementing EHS policies, procedures, and management systems. Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure timely corrective actions, analyze EHS metrics to improve safety performance, and design employee safety training programs including behavioral-based safety initiatives. Oversee workers' compensation programs and partner with plant leadership to build a proactive safety culture. Requires 3+ years of EHS experience, ability to travel up to 50%, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Salary range $110,200-137,800. Located in Greer, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant EHS experience
- 8+ years of directly related Environmental, Health & Safety experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations with responsibility for OSHA compliance and environmental, health, and safety programs
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and regulatory compliance
- Experience developing and implementing EHS policies, procedures, and employee training programs
- Proven ability to influence leaders at all organizational levels and promote a strong safety culture
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
