Job Summary
Conduct classroom observations and provide coaching support to teachers and leaders on integrated English Language Development (ELD) strategies. Deliver professional development on data-driven learning and instructional materials, while serving as a resource for identifying interventions to improve student achievement. Ensure 100% EB/EL compliance by managing document collection in Ellevation and supporting assessment processes. Collaborate with regional leaders to analyze assessment data and review EL achievement goals. Complete time and effort tracking for grant funding and participate in collaborative meetings to utilize assessment data.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual or ESOL Certification Required
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of experience teaching EB/EL students
- Technology proficient
- 3+ years of total teaching experience preferred
- Must be able to travel to campuses up to 40% of the time during the busiest parts of the year
- Must be willing to relocate or live in the region
Desired Qualifications
- Masters or post baccalaureate studies preferred
