Job Summary
Conduct daily instructional rounds, coaching, and professional development for regional teachers and leaders to ensure high-quality English Language Development instruction. Perform side-by-side classroom observations, deliver model lessons, and provide data-driven feedback to support student achievement and compliance. Collaborate with campus principals and regional teams to analyze assessment data, manage reclassification processes, and maintain 100% EB/EL document accuracy in Ellevation. Complete time and effort tracking for grant funding and participate in AST tactical meetings. Requires bilingual certification, a Bachelor's degree, and 3+ years of teaching experience. Full-time hybrid role with up to 40% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual or ESOL Certification Required
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of experience teaching EB/EL students
- Technology proficient
- 3+ years of total teaching experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
