Regional Engineering Operations Manager

Job Summary
Manage regional maintenance and operations across a broad portfolio, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance with building codes and environmental standards. Supervise the development of uniform operational policies, energy-saving initiatives, and safety training programs while overseeing recruitment and regional budget alignment. Collaborate with clients, building owners, and asset managers to assess needs, create financial models, and drive profitability through vendor assessments and staffing plans. Provide regional support for emergency response efforts and lead continuous improvement of safety audits and inspections. Ensure building standards are maintained through annual engineering audits and semi-annual quality control inspections. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of working or industry-related experience
- Engineering and trade licenses required per local, state, or national requirements
- Expert knowledge of HVAC, BAS, fire protection, life safety systems, capital budgeting, and energy management practices
- Strong skills in contract administration and project management
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, energy management software systems, CMMS, and other building operational platforms
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as stooping, crouching, and kneeling
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Regular regional travel
