Job Summary
Manage select projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality technical designs and plans. Oversee design staff supervision, establish staffing projections, manage scheduling, enforce quality control, review contracts, and set project scope and cost proposals. Complete employee performance and career development goals while identifying training opportunities. Collaborate with the Director to ensure financial success of the Facilities Division and develop new order business goals. Maintain existing client relationships in the Carolinas Region. Requires NC, SC, or VA P.E. registration and 12+ years of progressive building design experience. Salary range $155,000 - $185,000 annually plus performance incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
- NC, SC, VA P.E. registration
- 12+ years of progressive building design experience
- Proven effective team leadership and successful project management experience
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills and technical writing
- Knowledge of project performance and business operations metrics
- Must be available for Raleigh, NC or Greenville, SC office locations
