Job Summary
Conduct daily building operations for mid-rise, high-rise, and retail properties by reviewing construction plans, ensuring code compliance, and coordinating schedules with third-party contractors. Manage internal and outsourced engineering teams across multiple assets, preparing work scopes, contracts, and inspections to achieve financial goals and operational standards. Oversee capital projects, negotiate fair market pricing, and mentor staff while maintaining relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure assets remain operationally sound.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working in mid-rise and high-rise office buildings
- At least five (5) years of supervisory property management experience
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Strong written and verbal ability to communicate effectively across functions
- Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to apply technical knowledge to building operations

Desired Qualifications
- Preferred technical experience includes FACP, electrical, HVAC, locks, water features, fire life safety systems, and building automation
