Job Summary
Lead the capital projects portfolio for assigned Don Mills facilities, directing a team of project engineers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and in-scope execution. Drive safety, quality, and cost-control outcomes while coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and other stakeholders. Own project documentation, risk management and governance, lead design reviews, construction oversight, commissioning and start-up activities, and identify opportunities for process improvements and energy savings in collaboration with site teams. Develop talent within the engineering group, escalate risks proactively, and travel 10–15% to other Agropur plants as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, PEO licence, at least 10 years of capital project execution experience in the food & beverage sector, 7+ years leading cross-functional project teams, and PMP certification is an asset. Proficiency with regulatory and safety requirements and a collaborative, results-driven approach are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of experience leading cross-functional project teams, including coaching
- PMP certification (asset)
