Job Summary
Regional Engineer I develops broad knowledge in a practice area and applies standard techniques to conventional projects with complex features. Based in the region, responsibilities include evaluating and applying standard criteria, preparing equipment purchase specifications, managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes, creating site plans and drawings, assembling mechanical and electrical drawings and P&ID schematics, compiling QC documents, and developing 3D models. Strong foundation in fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer is expected, along with safety risk assessments and technical reporting. The role emphasizes collaboration, judgment for nonroutine adaptations, and contribution to project success within Rain for Rent’s liquid handling engineering environment.
