Job Summary
Regional Engagement Specialist for Wellhub's Revenue team in Mexico City. Responsible for planning and executing scalable wellbeing engagement campaigns, training local client-success teams, mapping HR wellness strategies across varied client sizes and sectors, and developing tailored communication plans to increase reach via HR channels. Collaborates with internal Client Success and other teams to drive adoption of wellbeing programs, build scalable solutions for client portfolios, and monitor results. Requires 3-5+ years of related experience, advanced English, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a results-focused, innovative mindset. The role offers hybrid/remote options and a flexible schedule, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and a positive impact on client wellbeing across global teams.
