Regional Engagement Manager

Serve as the primary liaison to assigned ICF Chapters and regional communities, supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen chapter performance, drive member growth and retention, and expand ICF's global presence. Work closely with volunteer leaders, regional stakeholders, and internal teams to foster engagement, support chapter development, and ensure the effective delivery of programs, resources, and services across the region. Success is measured through chapter engagement, membership growth and retention, chapter development outcomes, and achievement of established KPIs. This position is ideally based in India, Singapore, or Malaysia.
