Job Summary
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of electrical construction projects, managing project finances and facilitating communication among internal departments and external clients. You will direct project teams to meet contractual obligations and ensure compliance to maintain customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include monitoring project billings, preparing files and reports, developing change orders, and directing purchasing and engineering activities. The role necessitates strong leadership skills, expertise in budget and risk management, and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years’ electrical construction operations experience in the electrical industry
- Deep understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and codes (e.g., NEC, OSHA)
- Skilled in budget management, resource allocation, and maximizing profitability
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards in the electrical industry
Desired Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building with clients
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Bluebeam, Accubid Enterprise)
- Expertise in risk management and conflict resolution
