Job Summary
Regional EHS Supervisor responsible for leading EHS strategy across multiple West Texas operations, overseeing site EHS staff, ensuring MSHA and state regulatory compliance (MSHA and TCEQ), driving standardized safety programs, conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations, partnering with operations to align safety with production, and supporting training and development of EHS teams across sites. Requires senior leadership experience, field presence, strong regulatory knowledge, and ability to influence at all levels; relocation support available.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of EHS experience in mining, industrial, or heavy industry environments
- Strong knowledge of MSHA regulations and compliance
- Experience with state environmental regulations (TCEQ preferred)
- Proven experience leading EHS programs across multiple sites or operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the US without work visa sponsorship
