Job Summary
Develop and implement Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security policies and programs across North American regions while driving continuous improvement in compliance and performance. Lead multi-functional EHS teams, communicate objectives to leadership, and provide business-critical support to Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technology functions. Implement and track critical metrics to identify risks, improve safe work practices, and influence leaders to engage in safety improvements. Oversee ISO 45001 and Responsible Care programs, support M&A integration activities, and develop a team of regional field safety coordinators and plant professionals. Travel 40% with peaks up to 60%.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant BS or advanced degree in safety/environmental/engineering or related field
- 10+ years of EHS&S experience

- Must be able to create effective and simple systems that enhance EHS&S and meet regulatory requirements
