Job Summary
Facilitate incident reporting, investigations, and post-accident drug testing while conducting site inspections and field audits across the Arizona region. Analyze incident trending data to develop training methods that prevent future occurrences and enforce safety standards through new policy implementation and audits. Coordinate safety training for staff on tools, equipment, and vehicle operations, including monthly topic distribution and succession planning. Requires OSHA, DOT, EPA, and Department of Agriculture compliance knowledge, a clean driving record, and experience with internal audits. Must be able to work outdoors in extreme conditions, lift over 25 pounds, and perform active duties involving walking and bending.
Required Qualifications
- Clean driving record
- 3 years' Safety Training or equivalent education or certification
- Knowledge or experience with OSHA, DOT, EPA, or the Department of Agriculture
- Experience performing internal audits and follow-up
- Four-year degree or related field (or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, or additional job experience)
- Subject to MVR and criminal background check
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (highly preferred)
- Investigation: 2 years
- Documentation and reporting: 2 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
