Job Summary
EH&S Manager for Otis New Equipment division across London and the Southeast; responsible for providing EH&S support and direction to operational managers, supervisors and field employees involved in elevator and escalator installation, ensuring compliance with legal, Otis, and customer requirements. Responsibilities include implementing EH&S requirements (MORs, Cardinal Rules, SPs, SWIs, RAMS), conducting site inspections and audits, investigating accidents and incidents and implementing corrective actions, delivering EH&S training and toolbox talks, monitoring performance trends and driving continuous improvement, participating in regional management meetings, and supporting construction safety and CDM matters. Requires experience in lift/escalator construction, high-rise installation, knowledge of safe systems of work and regulations; NEBOSH Diploma or degree in OH&S or equivalent; ISO Auditor; IT literacy (Excel/Word/PowerPoint); strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; proactive, flexible, hands-on approach in a fast-paced operational environment.
