Job Summary
Regional Education Manager leads development, training, and coaching of Territory Sales Managers and retail partners across the region. You will elevate artistry, selling skills, and brand expertise through innovative education—designing and delivering training that transforms product knowledge into compelling, on-brand learning. You’ll create and evolve ABH educational content (videos, core training programs, artistry curriculum, selling modules, and materials for launches), ensure consistent talent development, and drive strong in-field execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor education materials for regional audiences, lead training sessions for managers, retailers, and store teams, and monitor market trends to keep ABH at the forefront of beauty education. This role involves significant travel (up to ~60%) to deliver/train across stores and events.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of cosmetics retail experience with strong artistry skills
- At least 3 years of experience in education with a focus on strong presentation and coaching skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others
- Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally
- Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail with big-picture thinking
- Ability to be agile and flexible based on business needs
- Independent work capability and resourceful issue resolution
- Advanced technology skills (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a safe vehicle
- Willingness for up to 60% travel
