Job Summary
Drive 53' Vans on scheduled routes within the Southeast and Midwest Regions, operating primarily from one of four terminal locations. Manage 34-hour home resets with flexible overnight trips lasting 1-2 nights per cycle, utilizing the option to bank additional time or take a full day home weekly. Maintain a clean driving record with no more than two moving violations and one preventable DOT recordable loss in the past 12 months while holding a valid CDL and medical card. This stable company, in business since 1928, offers opportunities to switch divisions, including the USPS Mail Division, and provides paid vacations and new 2017+ equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age - 22 years of age or older
- Valid CDL
- Valid Medical Card
- Complete and Pass, Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol screening
- Complete and Pass, Pre-Employment screening including background check, MVR report, previous employment checks, CDL verifications
- Complete required Paperwork for USPS Mail Contractor badge
- 2 or more years of experience as a tractor/trailer driver
- No more than 2 moving violation convictions (other than prohibited) and no more than 1 preventable, DOT recordable losses in the past 12 months
