Job Summary
Collaborate with the Division Director to set national growth strategies and initiatives for the division, while working toward growth objectives and financial goals. Lead the implementation and compliance of Quality assurance and Quality control policy and procedures, serving as Project Manager for key projects. Maintain and develop client relationships, mentor design staff across regional offices, and complete employee performance and career development goals. Requires 20+ years of consulting engineering experience, a licensed professional engineer, and a proven record of financial success. Participate in corporate strategic planning initiatives to drive sustainability and real-world solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years minimum experience in the consulting engineering industry
- At least 5 years experience managing projects, clients, and staff
- Licensed professional engineer
- Proven record of financial success on projects
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
