Job Summary
Collaborate with the Division Director to set national growth strategies and initiatives for the division while working towards growth objectives and financial goals. Lead the implementation and compliance of Quality assurance and quality control policies, serve as Project Manager for key projects, and maintain client relationships. Mentor design staff across regional offices, develop their technical expertise, and complete employee performance and career development goals through appropriate training. Requires 20+ years of consulting engineering experience, a licensed professional engineer, and a proven record of financial success. Salary ranges from $130k-$180k with performance incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years minimum experience in the consulting engineering industry
- At least 5 years experience managing projects, clients, and staff
- Licensed professional engineer
- Proven record of financial success on projects
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
