Job Summary
Oversee all facets of ticket operations for events across three teams, managing season ticket renewals, invoicing, and inventory while ensuring data integrity and accurate sales reporting. Administer regional ticketing systems including Archtics and TM1, coordinate with vendors like Tickets.com and Ticketmaster, and monitor operating expenses against budget goals. Safeguard box office security, conduct daily revenue reporting, and provide coaching to staff across locations. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and corporate partners to align on event planning and financial reporting.

- Ability to foster collaboration and effective working relationships across teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Analytical capabilities
- Ability to motivate and manage ticket operations staff at multiple locations
- A minimum of 4 years of experience managing ticket operations in a similar environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field preferred
