Job Summary
Lead and support multiple spa locations in Southern Virginia as Regional Director, owning performance, staffing, and regional profitability with P&L responsibility. Coach and develop General Managers and spa leaders, drive sales results and KPI attainment, and partner with GMs to optimize appointment books and staffing. Execute marketing, community outreach, and new openings/ acquisitions, while overseeing administrative tasks such as reporting and expenses; travel to each location is required. Strong leadership, communication, and people-development skills are essential in a fast-paced, high-volume, member-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience
- multi-unit leadership experience strongly preferred
- proven success driving sales and operational performance
- ability to recruit, hire, train, and develop General Managers and spa leaders
- track record of developing people and building a positive culture
- travel to locations multiple times weekly
